We prioritize a safe and respectful environment for both our team and our clients and reserve the right to decline service to maintain those standards. By booking with us, you acknowledge that disposal fees are the responsibility of the client and that once we depart with a load, all items become our property to dispose of or repurpose as we see fit. Should we discover any illegal materials, we are obligated to report them. While we assume responsibility for property damage during the removal process, we are committed to resolving any honest mistakes, such as the accidental loading of a personal item, by arranging a prompt return. We record all transaction details to ensure accuracy and protection for both parties, allowing us to focus on what we do best: cleaning up your space with integrity.
